Castleton Energy Assessments provide quick and comprehensive energy-certification services for architects & property developers and for landlords, estate agents and property conveyancers.

For architects and property developers we undertake SAP Calculations to facilitate the approval of plans under Part L of the Building Regulations. As this work is based on the plans of the property, there is no problem in preparing SAP Assessments for properties anywhere in the UK. All types of residential properties are covered, from small single dwellings to large blocks of flats.

For landlords, estate agents and property conveyancers we provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for all types of dwelling, and we now also offer full Home Information Packs (HIPs) managed by a personal local contact at a market-leading price. A physical inspection of the property is needed for EPCs, and so for these we confine ourselves to properties in South Wales.
